ABOUT ME
The first time I saw a retriever respond to hand signals from my duck hunting partner I was hooked. Growing up I was fortunate to see how an excellent hunting retriever handled in the field. My path to owning and operating a full time training and breeding kennel started the day I purchased Duke, and i'm thankful everyday for that. Going through the training process with Duke, I discovered my true passion and fell in love with the process completely. My training success with Duke was recognized and I had the opportunity to work to work for a professional gun dog trainer for several years before it became time to start my own kennel back home. During the time I spent there I was able to learn so much more about the training process and understand how to handle different dogs with different personalities. I'm proud to say we now own and operate one of the elite gun dog kennels in the region right here in my hometown of Arcadia, Oklahoma. We are a family business that loves to hunt and loves our dogs.
What WE Do
Here at Circle T retrievers it is our passion to train your hunting companion and also to train you how to work with your dog. We want to make sure you fully understand the entire training process and every exercise we do with your dog that makes it a better hunter. We encourage clients to come be a part of their dogs training and be able to confidently work the dog themselves. We ask that you please schedule these sessions at least two business days in advance. We focus on working at the dogs pace they learn best at, so they are able to advance through the program with ease. We take pride in the fact that our dogs are a true pleasure to hunt with, hunt test ready, and are a privilege to own. All of our dogs are serious retrievers, love to hunt, and great around the house.
We breed, train, raise and sell dogs that are bred for hunting waterfowl and upland birds and that have champion pedigrees. The number one dogs we breed her are Chocolate Labs. However, we do have other breeds of hunting dog’s for sale as puppies and trained dogs.
